Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Night and Weekly costs listed above do not include: $180 for Cleaning, 3% Credit Card Fee, and 12% Tax for Florida State and Tourist. (We do accept Zelle, which is bank to bank and no fees)
